You can ask us to permanently delete your Knightish account and the game data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email support@whotechs.com with the subject “Knightish Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your in-game player ID, if available. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.
- We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. We will confirm when the request is complete.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymize the account identifier and game data tied to it, such as progression, inventory, settings, and server-side player records under our control.
What may remain
Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or legal obligations. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer reasonably identify you may also remain. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store; deleting Knightish data does not delete your Google or Apple account or store transaction history.
Before you continue
Deletion is permanent. Your progress, virtual items, purchases reflected in the game, and account access may not be recoverable. You can also remove Knightish from your device without deleting server-side account data.
